Perfect location! There was plenty of room for the entire family to relax together at night and eat meals together. We also appreciated how clean the bedding was! No gross comforters just fresh clean blankets.

Can’t beat the location, easy walk to the beach! Can hear some traffic noise in the 2 bedrooms on north side of house, but a box fan located upstairs can help drown that out for a more quiet bed time.

Dryer broke and the entire unit was replaced next day which was very helpful with kids! We enjoyed everything. The view. The beach and privacy. Water downstairs to clean your feet. Kitchen pans could be updated. Furniture seemed new. Parking for 2 cars is nice. Water was as beautiful and spring break perfect! We would definitely book here again. Thank you!

This property is nice and overall clean but it has some drawbacks. The downstairs bedroom is very small with no closet and the adjacent bath is the same. The kitchen area is tiny and as the limited cabinets were full of dishes, there is no where to put food. There were no mixing bowls, no measuring cup and the pans were old and scratched. Definitely plan on bringing your own pizza pan, cookie sheet and other necessities. The condo does allow pets but be aware that there is literally NO where for the dog to potty. The dunes outside are "protected" and the beach is not open to dogs. I tried to take my dog out to the area adjacent to the parking lot and he got horrible sticky thorns in his paws and fur. There is a narrow, winding path that leads to the beach but it is difficult to traverse, especially with a cart. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and nice and the living/dining area is great as well. Bearing these things in mind and bringing dishes to supplement, this condo could be nice for a small family....probably best to leave Fido at home.
