Enjoy uncrowded beaches with easy beach access from this gated Mediterranean style development located in Perdido Key. This property was built in 2006 with all the amenities of home and features heated indoor and outdoor pools, deepwater boat slips, tennis court, state of the art fitness room, as well as sauna and steam rooms. There are also natural gas grills and dining tables near the pool area, allowing you to cook, hang out and watch the sunset while the kids swim.
This 2419 square foot end unit condo has 9’ ceilings and really feels more like a home then a condo. Enjoy dolphins, sunrises and sunsets from the large 366 square-foot wraparound balcony with breathtaking views of Ole’ River, Ono Island and the Gulf! All of the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable with three (3) king bedrooms and one bunk room which sleeps four. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage space. 42” smart TV with high definition satellite in living room and guest room and Netflix in living room and bunk rooms. Walk in laundry room has full-size washer and dryer. Indoor and outdoor pools. Workout, sauna and steam rooms on property.

Wow! Lara’s home on Perdido Key was everything our family needed. There is so much room for everyone to find their space, including the wrap around patio overlooking the bay and the gulf. We watched an osprey couple build their nest from the window, dolphin swimming in the bay, and so many beach adventures-day and night. The space has a crosswalk to the beach, which is rare on that road, and we felt very safe. The kitchen was so well stocked: sharp knives, plenty of Tupperware, and silverware for entertaining and cooking. We loved all of the towels and beach toys for making sand castles. There were several restaurants, fish markets, and grocery stores close by. Overall, we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Lara, for sharing your bit of paradise!
