Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.
On-Site Homeowner
The homeowner lives on the property in a completely separate unit. This does not impact guest privacy or enjoyment of the home.

There are four exterior security cameras installed on the property, all facing outward for security purposes only.
