It is an older property. Furniture was comfortable. Right on beach. Beach was nice. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s beach service. Close to a lot of nice restaurants in Perdido Key,
It is an older property. They are updating it, but due to the update there was a lot of construction debris. We found two roofing nails in the walkway. The dishwasher doesn’t work. You have to share the laundry with another unit. Only 4 washrags and two towels per bathroom.
