This newly constructed well-appointed single family home is located in the Serenity community in Perdido Key, FL. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 16 - bring the whole family and your small dog too! Please message the host with your dog size and type for approval, extra fee will apply. No other types of pets are allowed, dogs only! The home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with nature views from the back porch. There is a propane fire pit to enjoy when the night air is chilly. The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (a little more than ½ mile away). Everything in this house is new! The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including two family rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, bicycles and back balcony. You're just a short drive or bike ride to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be only 5 miles from the famous Flora-Bama!

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes one of the two family rooms with large flat screen smart tv; an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and club chair, kitchen, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a separate dining room with room to seat 8. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room along with a power room (1/2 bath). The second level of the house is where you will find 3 additional bedrooms and the second family room.
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary master bedroom suite, which is located on the main level has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are three guest bedrooms on the upper level. The second master suite bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. It shares a full bathroom (with tub/shower combo) with the last guest bedroom which has full over full bunk beds and a full trundle and a flat screen tv. On this level you will find the second family room with a sectional sofa queen sleeper and large flat screen smart tv. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out!

The house was very accurate to the pictures and description. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with all the necessities. The owners were wonderful to work with. We have stayed at several places and this is by far the best place we have found. The house is on a quiet cul de sac. It was very clean and it smelled great! We had 16 people with us and we had the room we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Our grad school cohort stayed at this property for a small vacation. We came for a week to do our first week of summer class with our professor. This property was a great location! It comfortably accommodated all 15 people in our group, and was an easy, and short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Property seems very new and everything worked as expected. Lots of kitchenware (plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils), pots and pans were adequate, appliances and furniture were great. Beds were comfy and the AC blew very cold. Loved the covered porch areas as it rained several days of our visit. TVs worked just fine and the location was very good - less than 5 minute drive to the beach with a public access location conveniently located nearby. Being on the end of the cul de sac was great for our dogs (although the backyard was not fenced in, so if your dog is a "runner" you'll need to watch them).
My minor complaints relate to personal expectations, but I was mildly disappointed to find that, for our 4 day stay, the supplies on hand included:
- zero basic kitchen seasonings (no salt, pepper, sugar, oil);
- very limited dish & laundry supplies (airline sized dish soap, 1 pod for dishwasher, laundry powder for 1 load); and
- modest toilet paper (both quantity and quality).
I'm not sure if the food issues are choices or rules ("What did the last guest do with the cooking oil?!"), and I understand hosts don't want to leave 100 top grade Tide Pods or 20 rolls of Charmin for guest to take home with them, so it's hard to know what's the right approach. And all of my concerns were easily fixed with a trip to Publix. But it would have been nice to have a few more dishwashing pods.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved Perdido and will definitely be back!
