Cozy and very comfortable holiday apartment on the raised ground floor with a view of the idyllic Orth marina. The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a hallway. The entire apartment has laminate and tile flooring. The master bedroom also offers space for the provided crib and highchair for toddlers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Fresh bread rolls for breakfast are available at the café in the holiday complex. Underground parking (duplex, maximum vehicle height 1.50m) is provided, and there is a separate storage room for bicycles and surfboards. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement of the building.
