Cozy vacation apartment on the first floor overlooking the idyllic Orth marina. The apartment features a living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and offers a sensational view of the marina and the Flügge lighthouse. Beautiful sunsets are guaranteed! Two bedrooms, a shower room, and a hallway are also modernly furnished. The entire apartment has laminate and tile flooring. The master bedroom also has space for the provided crib and highchair for a toddler. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a four-burner stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The vacation complex is located directly on the marina and dike, so you can reach the Baltic Sea in just a few steps. Cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. A private parking space (duplex, 1.50m roof height) is available in the underground parking garage. Bicycles and surfing equipment can also be stored in a separate basement room.

A cozy café is located in the lower part of the holiday complex, offering delicious rolls, cakes, and pastries. If you'd like to enjoy breakfast in a beach chair, you can watch the harbor activity from there in the morning.
