The apartment features a spacious living-dining area, a separate kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway. The entire apartment features laminate and tile flooring. The master bedroom also has space for the apartment’s provided crib and high chair for toddlers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and an oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can get fresh rolls for breakfast at the café in the vacation complex.

Underground parking space (duplex, for cars up to 1.50 m high), with storage available for bicycles and surfboards in a separate basement room. The basement of the building also features a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer.

Location description:
In the town, right in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, a harbor snack bar, a beer pub, bike rentals, small shops, a surf school, surf shops, and a fishing boat. Swimming and surfing are available in Orth, and the Flügge and Püttsee beaches are just a short bike or car ride away.
