The apartment features a living/sleeping area with a dining nook and an adjoining kitchenette, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (consistently 1.80 x 2.00 m) that offers enough space to accommodate a crib, which is also provided in the apartment. The entire apartment is allergy-friendly, with vinyl flooring and tile. A radio, television, and sturdy window screens are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available on the first floor at the café.

This beautiful and modernly furnished apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage (duplex parking space, maximum ceiling height 1.50 m) directly beneath the building. The building’s basement also houses a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer.

In the town, right in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, a harbor snack bar, bike rentals, small shops, a surf school, surf shops, and a fishing boat. Swimming and surfing opportunities are available in Orth; the Flügge and Püttsee beaches are within easy reach by bike or car.
