Cozy and very comfortable holiday apartment on the raised ground floor overlooking the idyllic Orth marina. The apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, stereo system, flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a hallway. The entire apartment has laminate and tile flooring. The master bedroom also offers space for the provided crib and highchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Fresh bread rolls for breakfast are available at the café in the holiday complex. Underground parking (duplex, maximum vehicle height 1.50m) is provided, and there is a separate storage room for bicycles and surfboards. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement of the building.
