Set in a quiet pocket in Rye, this home is built for easy, oversized coastal living. The private pool, heated spa, outdoor alfresco and multiple indoor areas give families plenty of space to relax, play, and spend time together.



You are only minutes from the Rye back beaches and a short drive to the bay. Cafes, walking tracks and local shopping are all close by, which makes the home a great base for families wanting both convenience and privacy.

For a smooth stay and to respect our neighbours and the council, please follow the guidelines below:

1.⁠ ⁠Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.

2.⁠ ⁠The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 14.

3.⁠ ⁠According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM.

4.⁠ ⁠No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.

5.⁠ ⁠Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms.

6.⁠ ⁠Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings.

7.⁠ ⁠No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8.⁠ ⁠Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9.⁠ ⁠No pets.

10.⁠ ⁠The pool and spa equipment area is off limits. Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests.

11. Guests are advised that there is an external Ring doorbell camera as well as external cameras over the driveway at the property.

12. Please do not park on the grass, as it may damage the irrigation system. Any damage caused will incur additional fees.
