There are 3 living rooms boasting an impressive home theatre room with a 2 meter screen and a quality 5 point surround sound system with Netflix, STAN, Amazon Prime and Disney + to keep everyone entertained for hours! Opening to the backyard there is a large family room with plasma TV and beautiful 12 seater leather sofa. There is also a double, remote control lock up garage plus a full size table tennis table!
The hostess kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a 900mm cooktop and stove, Caesar stone benchtops, dishwaser and a large island bench with 4 bar stools perfect for entertaining. The dining area with a beautiful 12 seat dining setting adjoins timber bi-fold doors that open to the covered alfresco area. All excellent and really enjoyed the house. The only minor negative being the fridge which beeps every time you open it and we were unable to silence it

The Luxe beach house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staples in the pantry were appreciated. 5 double bedrooms, bunk room and 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group of 11 adults. 2 separate entertainment areas are ideal for families. Central to both Blairgowrie and Sorrento. Outside areas great weather permitting.
