Only 2 mins drive to HOT SPRINGS, world class Golf courses, wineries, Horse riding, and much more! Available all year round. A special place that is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
The space
Elevated 5 bdrm home with amazing tranquil expansive views of grassy hills, Moonah trees and Arthurs Seat. Only a 2 min drive to the Hot Springs accommodating up to 12 adults or a family of 16pp, bed linen included - Wi-Fi. **NO PARTIES/EVENTS/EXCESSIVE NOISE PERMITTED - quiet enjoyment only**
The home accommodates up to 16 guests (max 12 adults for complete comfort) The garage is converted into a fantastic games room with a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, darts, games and TV.
There is also Wi-Fi available, Telstra TV so you can stream your Netflix/Foxtel/Stan etc.. plus ducted heating and split system AC's.
Beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the outdoor alfresco BBQ and undercover decked area in the garden.

Master upstairs: Queen bed, single sofa bed, with ensuite and balcony access, built in robe
Bdrm 2: Queen bed, built in robe, 2 way access to bathroom

Bdrm 4: Tri bunk (DB bed with single on top)
Bdrm 5: Large room with a Tri bunk and single bunk (1 DB, 3 SB) and a DB sofa bed

Location was great upstairs view amazing Beds not comfortable as most were old sinking in Bedrooms had heaps dust around Otherwise stay was amazing thanks

Overall, the property is great and perfect for a large group. The only feedback is that the listing was misleading in regard to the room configurations which were inaccurate to what we actually encountered. The House can sleep what it says but the room configurations need to be updated. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the property, and I would recommend staying here.
