Several beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there is an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties. The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on at set times of the day (morning and evening) from October to May. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However, there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required.
