Modern Home - Ideal for Families & Contractors

The house was in a convenient location for accessing Roundhay park. It was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Good spaces to relax. Kitchen had a decent selection of cooking utensils. The host was responsive and had good communication.

There was nothing we didn’t like and the minor suggestions that we made to the host were received well by the host.

The temperature soared the week we stayed so the top bedroom suite was unbearably hot. Not much the owners could do in this circumstance as we’d brought our own fan and it didn’t really help! On that note thought the kitchen patio doors don’t have substantial blinds or curtains just voiles so this meant there kitchen also got unbearably hot on these days until sun moved too. Obviously a one- two week issue but that was our experience. I’d also recommend a balcony blind in box room and the upstairs bathroom/hallway window so that if want to keep the doors open for heat release the night doesn’t keep you awake:

Very clean throughout especially the immaculately crisp bedding sheets. 4 bedrooms made it ideal for our party who wanted their own space. Top floor room beautiful with own on-suite, TV Host extremely helpful and friendly and willing to assist with anything as lives close by.

Location in middle of housing estate away from main road but not a problem if driving everywhere.
