Sadly lacking on every level, definitely would not return.

It was clean

Very cold throughout the Hse, no heating in kitchen or bathroom, kitchen floor bevelled. Bathroom door hanging off, needs rehung. Stairs are a death trap, missing handrail at top of stairs, 3rd bedroom not suitable. Overall very poor quality for price, we left 1 day early.

Avoid- high crime area

I didn't like anything.

The area is a high crime area. I didn't realise until I arrived and there were bars on doors and windows for this house and many others in the street. I since looked it up and there were 142 crimes in the area in Sept and some of these were sexual assault. It felt unsafe and I would never have booked it if I had known. So disappointed, the description was inaccurate and the owner, despite telling me the house was usually fully booked would not offer even a partial refund. There is a huge CCTV sign in the front window.

Disappointing for the price

The property was a 30 minute walk from the city centre and the kitchen was clean and nice. The bedrooms were also clean. There was no hairdryer and the host was very responsiveness in sorting this out.

Downstairs smelt like weed the whole time and the bathroom was grubby, there was also some stains on the provided towels and the place was quite shabby. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, with people looking into windows and hanging out about late at night.

It did the job for us nicely and we would definitely re-book.

The property was a good balance of value for money and geographical location. Ideally we would have been nearer the city centre, but such properties are expensive and we were on a budget.

Knowsthorpe is quite run down and we would not have wanted to walk around the area at night, so we used the Uber service to get back to the property of an evening.

The bathroom was disgusting. The hot & cold taps was switched around. To use hot water, I had to turn on the cold tap. There’s a leak in the bathroom from the sick. There dam on the walls in the bedroom. There was a dry or orange peel under the bed. The sofa was uncomfortable and there’s damage to the sofa. The material was hanging off. Damaged Wardrobe in all rooms and the door for the bedroom is damage. Was very difficult to close. The pictures online sold me a dream property.

DONT STAY HERE!!

The area was very unsafe, we experienced some very uncomfortable situations within 10 minutes of arriving. The property was run down and not pleasant, we didn't even stay for 1 night - we were extremely disappointed and left. We also had difficulties getting into the property, having been provided with the wrong code. Anyone considering booking here... my advice.... DONT!

Really enjoyed our stay, just needs a little tlc

Very comfy beds, big rooms with wardrobes, shop nearby, parking, CCTV makes you feel safe, the kitchen was lovely. I received a text with the code for the key on the day I was arriving. It was a nice stay for a group of 6, we could socialise and mingle whilst getting ready and eating instead of separate hotel rooms. We got a taxi to and from Leeds centre which was £12 a time with Uber which was very reasonable for 6 people. We really enjoyed our stay, it just needs some tlc.

The hot and cold taps in the kitchen and shower were backwards, I'd seen previous reviews about this but there is still not a sign or warning about it. If a child was showering they could burn themselves. The house is very worn, torn carpet on the stairs, the bathroom lock was hanging off so we didn't have that privacy. The side of the radiator was hanging off, the wardrobe shelf was broken, cigarette burn on the sofa, stains on the curtains.

1. The location was good as it was close to the Centre of Leeds 2. The property is very spacious 3. The property was clean 4. Most of the facilities that we needed were there

C'est grand, mais c'est à peu prêt tout.

Quartier excentré et pas très sympa. Qualité du mobilier et de l'équipement extrêmement médiocre. Pas d'alaise sur le lit, tâches présentes sur le matelas et confort du matelas horrible. SDB vieillotte et cuisine avec tâche de graisse sur les placards.
