Appartement de deux pièces à 40 mètres de la plage et à un arrêt de tramway du centre-ville

Very well located. maybe 50 ft from the metro station. On which you can go everywhere you would want to go. Also, there was a carrefour express grocery store right across the street and a decent bakery/cafe next to the metro station. Also there were some very good restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and well maintained, with ample towels and basic necessities. Also, it was street level, so access was easy, and very safe. You had to go through a gate, the buildings front door, the apartments hall door and then the apartments door to get into the apartment. As I said very safe. Finally, the ower was very helpful and gave us some very good recommendations.

No AC, just fans blowing air. There was one AC in the living room that was broken and would only go down to 28C. In the bedroom they only had a rotating fan. In the afternoons it got hot and stuffy. Also, when you got up in the morning and went to the bathroom, there was a powerful smell of raw sewage. We thought it was from the drain in the shower. Also, that is where we thought the mosquitos came from. As, there was no other entrance into the apartment except the front door(remember there were 3 doors/areas you had to go through). We would kill them and every night there would be more or then the next day When we kept the door to the bathroom closed, we found fewer mosquitos. So, it is fixable.

Location is great! Very close to Promenade, supermarkets, and major museums.

Room is close to washing room, and you have an allergy, it might be a problem

The owner was super nice and helpful. The location was extremely convenient (supermarket across road, next to a delicious bakery and pizza store). Beach was a 3 min walk. The tram station is right in front (but totally silent). The bed was huge and comfortable (Queen or bigger, not exactly sure). Bathroom is luxurious and huge (shower water was wonderful). Heaps of towels given and toiletries given. Provided coffee was delicious. The air conditioner helped a lot. Not super cold but enough to make the living room comfortable. The front window is not there, but is not necessary at all. Nice was too hot in August, the window would stay closed anyway. Also, because it's on the first floor, privacy would make it so you have the curtains closed anyway. No window here is a positive. Foggy glass, not a transparent window. Massive TV that works very quickly. Romantic fireplace with RGB lighting and heating if needed. Bedroom has an artificial skylight that beams brightness from heaven into your eyes if you need it. We used it to help us wake up and it felt so good.

Bed pillows were more like couch pillows and too soft.
