"What a beautiful little gem of a place. Set in a quiet village not far from the main roads where you can literally switch off. My partner and I stayed for 1 night and were well looked after by Sarah. ..."

Second stay here. Lovely welcome, fantastic food and excellent choice of quality drinks.
Early breakfast would have been good.

Great quiet location. Good place for walking your dog and relaxing. The food we had at night was really good. The pies were homemade and rammed full.

Bed comfy. Reasonable space with cupboard for hanging clothes. Not much room between bed and walls to move down. Breakfast room pleasant and good cooked food.
Shower very small and its floor so smooth potentially very slippy with no grab rails. Only one chair. Limited breakfast choices….only sourdough bread and no marmalade

Bright and cheerful. Pleasant staff.
Needed a lick of paint here and there. Bar closed early. Breakfast a little bizarre…have never before stayed at a hotel where breakfast doesn’t start until 9am.
