Luxury Central Monarch Residence Apartment Sleeps 5

Totul excepțional, curățenie impecabilă , felicitări, 10+

A great apartment, very clean, spacious, fully equipped, in a new building, with elevator. It has an individual parking spot in the basement, but you can park without a problem on the street, near the building. It's very easy to communicate with the host. There is a Lidl 50 m from the building, which can be very convenient. The walk to the pedestrian center is very pleasant. It's our forth stay in Timisoara, and this location was the the best for us. Timisoara is a wonderful town. My wife says that it's the most beautiful town in Romania, and I tend to agree with her. There is also Cluj, of course... And that's a Bucharest resident says.

Everything was great INSIDE the Apartment but really shame about the neighbours , especially upstairs ( like a herd of elephants) and late at night in and around the Courtyard . As we are not used to appartment block living , although the appartment met expectations and was very clean and all worked well - too many people coming for short stay and making a lot of noise . However still managed to sleep OK if you close all the windows - great that the host had installed mosquito nets also. Mihai was very helpful and exceeded expectations with direct communications.

The neighbours .

Great location in a modern development. Secure underground parking is available. The apartment is very new and very clean. Absolutely no negative comments. The owner responds immediately to any questions. I highly recommend it.
