Central ART Deluxe Apartment 2 - Private Parking

The apartment is located in a residential complex, right across the street from a Lidl hypermarket. It's soundproof, all amenities are new, the design is modern and chic. We appreciated the comfy, large sofa in the living room, as well as the large screen TV. The bed in the sleeping room was also very comfortable. We had some troubles with the oven, but the owners are very nice and quick to help and arrived in a matter of minutes to solve the issue. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp, where we received instructions for checking into the apartment also. We also really appreciated the possibility for a late checkout on our last day at the property (with approximately 1h of late checkout).

The apartment could use some extra cooking utensils and cutlery for induction hub/stove - useful especially for guests staying in more than 1-2 nights and who prefer to cook for themselves. The oven was not working properly, but we managed to get it set up with the help of the owners. The indoor terrace is cozy, but the residential complex still has construction work being done exactly to the right of the apartment, so there are cranes set up in the adjoining sector, which kind of spoil the view. We stayed over the Orthodox Easter long weekend, so other owners were louder out on the indoor terrace at times, but not for long; otherwise everyone well behaved, noise to an acceptable level.

Sve je bilo savršeno. Od apartmana, sadržaja u apartmanu, lokacije, blizine svega, komunikacije sa vlasnikom. Zaista sve preporuke.

În curtea interioară încă se fac lucrări, balconul plin de praf. Nu se poate utiliza.

Boravak u ovom apartmanu je bio izuzetan. Apartman se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra, u novoj i modernoj zgradi, sa velikim benefitom – privatnom podzemnom garažom. Enterijer je moderan, elegantan i uređen sa ukusom, sa pažnjom posvećenom svakom detalju. Apartman je besprekorno čist, funkcionalan i veoma udoban. Balkon predstavlja dodatni plus i pruža prijatan prostor za opuštanje. Idealna opcija za goste koji traže kvalitetan, komforan i moderan smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Topla preporuka.
