Habitaciones muy grandes, con un buen baño. Fácil y cómodo acceso. La facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona. Alejado del centro de la ciudad pero ganó la tranquilidad del barrio

I chose for lower price with good transit access to the city center. RENFE schedules were unreliable (maybe due to construction) and Euskatren services worked well for me. <10 min to center. Several nice pubs right downstairs.
There are two doors on the street with the address #5. I unluckily chose the wrong #5. The correct door is a sliding glass panel rather than a regular door. Lost for a couple of minutes figuring this out helped by calling reception number.
