It was the first time I stayed at a "The Social Hub" and I loved the concept. I had only heard of it before from other cities. It has everything you need for a short or a long stay. I was lucky to travel during low season, so prices were very affordable (or else it is normally quite expensive). I used almost all the facilities, including gym and laundry machines. They were all top class. The food at the restaurant is also very good and healthy, a good pause in-between the (many) pintxos eaten downtown. To get into town you can easily walk some 20/25 minutes along the river or through a beautiful park. If you have a car, there are also plenty of parking garages downtown (bit pricey though). If you are a runner, dont hesitate to enjoy the fantastic path along the river either: it is 2 minutes from the social hub and if you run it not towards the city center you can go on forever. Staff is also super friendly and the coworking area looks really good too. All in all I can only recommend The Social Hub to anybody who is looking for something more than the average hotel.

Only two minor things. A clearer indication about timing and frequency of room cleaning would facilitate planning. Also, pricing can go up quite steeply in certain periods of the year. However, there are special deals about long(er) stays, maybe worth communicating those in a clearer way?

Cool concept

All of the pictures show the roof and pool......it is the only reason we booked the place as it is not in the centre and is a 30 walk. We only booked for this amenity and were told when we arrived it was closed which was a huge disappointment. We should and would have stayed elsewhere.
