We loved how communicative the management team was and how clean and comfortable the room was. The AC was great and so was the water pressure in the shower.
The WiFi was a little weak and the sink was slow to drain in our room.

Very clean and comfortable bed
The parking. We had to park in a bus bay to access the property in order to as the maid where we accessed the garage and also to obtain the room keys which allowed access to the lift down to the garage. She did not know what the key was for in our room so it wasnt until we tried to leave the garage that we realised the key was to unlock the door. It was not very well explained to us

The check in system is very easy, the location is good, good view from the room, coffee machine, very comfortable pillow and bed, clean bathroom, toothbrush and toothpaste individual for every guest
The air conditioner is out of control, when one uses hit water in the bathroom it starts heating instead of cooling, the intensity of cooling was very strange, without air conditioner it is very hot and with it on it was too cold. And it works so loud that we could barely sleep. As a result we both had a running nose and bad headaches after an almost sleepless night. We tried to open the window for fresh air, in order not to use AC, but mosquitos didn't allow us to leave it open.
