The location was excellent with close links to bus and coach services. The staff are really welcoming . The rooms and bed are really comfortable.

Great breakfast, good variety of food on offer. Helpful staff & the cleaners were excellent, the rooms were very clean.
The only thing I would suggest would be a tray of spare cutlery at breakfast.

Another really pleasant stay at Amara Silken. As usual the staff was superb, the rooms and beds were spotless and everything was just right. On top of that the proximity of the Euskotren and the city centre made of it a really nice location. A lot of places to eat well around in the Amara neighbourhood (well, in Donostia in general). Can only recommend it.
