The location was excellent with close links to bus and coach services. The staff are really welcoming . The rooms and bed are really comfortable.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The location is reasonable.
The access to the parking is not clearly explained anywhere. You have to pre-register with San Sebastian local authorities to drive in the zone of the hotel (even with electric car, which makes no sense). There were no local restaurants open after 10pm!!
