Great location, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful reception
A bit expensive but par for the course in Donostia so decent value. They didn't change the towels one day but we just went down to reception and got new ones so not a big deal.

Good location, modern rooms, very helpful staff. When we needed something we got help very quickly.
Our double room was small and this was not explained anywhere in the booking details. We made it work and did enjoy the shared seating area with coffee and tea facility, but room size should be made more clear in advance.
