Location is great. Lovely neighborhood, close to downtown and beach
No AC. Rooms are located on first floor of apartment building without much ventilation. Our to had a small window into an inside patio where people hang clothes. The room was very warm even with the fan running non stop. The furnishings were a little bit old and I felt uneasy with the bedding and towels.
