I had a medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. The hosts were incredibly helpful on ensuring that my belongings were safe and even offered to bring me items to the hospital. They stored my items after the room booking had ended. They went above and beyond to help someone alone in a city she didn't know and who had a serious medical situation. Their kindness made a very frightening experience a little easier to manage. I would definitely return to this Pensión and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
