Great friendly reception and lord above a coffee machine with really good coffee. Loads of leaflet on the area. Near all the pintxos bars, a shopping area. We loved it here.

Nothing we loved it and would return in a heart beat!

Centrally located, able to access things we wanted to do and decent restaurants as well The recommended pintxo bars were so full we went to open ones which were terrible at best... we should have waited the hour and a half to get into the good ones The property was close to a nice breakfast bar and that was nice, parking was ok and very expensive but hotel gave discount

Property did not explain parking procedures simply and when we were locked out of our digital lockset to our room the staff was not trained in what to to do in case that happened... luckily it happened when Steve was there, even though they did not know what to do it worked out… But had it happen in the middle of the night we would've been out of luck most likely

Great location! Had all the basics, sweet little coffee and tea bar for the morning, staff were always courteous and helpful. My room was extremely quiet which was amazing as I had a patio that opened up to all the other apartments in the area. I could step outside, look up and see everyday life in San Sebastián, well not that much life but definitely a lot of apartments! I would be curious if the rooms that looked onto the street and front of the building would be as quiet. But it also would have been fun to see people throughout the day.

For my needs, it was perfect however for two people it might be a little tight.

There wasn’t enough light in the stairway. There was light, but it didn’t stay on long enough and I tripped.
