Very nice room in a good central location. Safe. Clean. Hot water. Staff helpful and friendly. Lift. Close to the old city.

Great location in the centre right next to old town. Easy access to get in and out even without the staff there. Suited us fine for two friends, had the basics what we needed
Towel had some stains and there was an ironing board but no iron. Ran out of toilet paper

The location is excellent. Extremely clean room. Comfy bed. Coffee available. Staff very friendly.
A little noisy, but that comes with the location. The bathroom fan was very noisy and needs to be fixed. There is a small courtyard, but no other facilities.....close to everything so that didnt matter.
