Fabulous location on the outskirts of the old town, great communication from hosts

Lourdes was very helpful when our train was late and we couldn't enter the property. We couldn't enter our room which was our fault, we didn't understand the instructions.
Carlo and Lourdes were very helpful in organising a change of room for us because we were up stairs without a lift access.
We stayed here last year also and loved the location.

The location is fantastic - convenient for the main beaches as well as the old town. The room was comfortable and the a/c worked very well in the hot weather.
Hardly ever any staff on reception. The outside area looked quite nice but did not appeal as the seating was not comfortable. Our room was next to the reception desk, and when our bedroom door was open you could see right into our bathroom, which was a bit weird!
