    Like the title says, the location is unbeatable. The only downside we had was with the check in process, we arrived 30 mins after their office closed but never received check in instructions. We bumped into another family who shared they had the same check in issues, they even booked on their website directly. We had to call and text them via WhatsApp and they had told me they tried to reach me and blamed me for not giving them my email or contact info. I booked via Agoda and Agoda would’ve provided my contact details to them directly. Hotel is very bare bones but gets the job done!

    The apartment was well-situated and within walking distance to La Concha beach, the old town and even the bus station. It was well-equipped and the staff were helpful. A special shout out to Alexandro who patiently answered our queries and even kept out luggage till 1pm before we headed off to Bilbao.
