Being right by the bus stop makes this a great location for arrival into San Sebastián as I arrived late at night on a bus. Having laundry facilities also allowed me to launder my travelling clothes. I was unwell while I was here and while the younger staff didn’t seem to understand and were very abrupt, the management Julietta stepped in and took over and went above and beyond in seeing that my condition was not good. She took great care of me allowing me to rest in order to continue my journey. Hopefully she can extend the same training down to her junior team members.

Stayed this month ; two nights . Location is not great tbh -a 30 min walk into the centre . It’s big and expansive , pool area with bar is welcome. 7 floors , the lifts are below par and you may end up taking the stairs . Breakfast was ok, had better for a 3 star. A little bit on the pricey side but the pool area is a bonus .
