The hotel is quite new and located in a new neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. True, it’s not in the center, but right nearby there’s bus line 26 that takes you directly to the city center. Free street parking can be found near the hotel, which is quite rare in San Sebastián. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Excellent value for money.
The room was a bit small and without a window.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and always helpful with everything. Excellent value for money.
We returned to this hotel after completing our Camino del Norte journey, and to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely bathtub.
Overall, an excellent hotel with great service.
