Location was brilliant - the main reason for selecting this accommodation. Provision of beach towels was an unexpected bonus. There was a useful fridge - and a microwave we didn't use - plus some crockery/cutlery, but it was not a kitchen facility. The room made effective use of a very small space so it was 'functional' (but not particularly comfortable).
There was no advance warning or acknowledgement let alone an apology that major roadworks were taking place right outside the hotel, making it noisy, unsightly and access less easy. The room was advertised as having a balcony but it was not one that you could put a table/chair on - just open a window onto a railing. The bathroom was tiny. It was expensive given the size, and the fact that it was not a hotel - more a one-room studio. I guess prices were high in San Sebastian because of the jazz festival (which is why we there then), and the very central location.

The location was fantastic, so close to beaches and the old town. Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny and the photos on website were taken some time ago as room was a little shabby.
