Location was 5 minute walk to La Concha Beach, & 10 minutes walk to Old Town Parte Viejas.
Room is quite crammed, but you get what you pay for.

Juan was kind enough to check us in earlier. He gave us an orientation and information needed for our stay. The guesthouse location was very good - close to all. There was a supermarket in front.

Great location.
Uncomfortable bed.

Location was good
It was dirty. Very loud, we heard all our neighbours conversations in their rooms.
It is not child friendly as the lift doesn’t get you to the right level so you have to carry everything up the stairs.
