UIDE Apart hotel

Good location.

Very unfriendly personal, on picture accommodation looks nice. In reality it is in poor quality. It is boutique hotel and no one came within 8 days of our stay to clean the room. When we asked for toilet paper we were given only one roll and had to ask every time we needed for more. The entrance to the building is poorly maintained. Every night we could hear the people from other rooms fighting. One night the smoke came out of the socket, because people in appartment next to ours were smoking.

A really nice apart hotel almost in the center of Almaty! Thanks to: - reception woman Olga - very friendly, polite, helpful - my clean room on 2nd floor - 90% is in order - that's already wonderful for this price/quality ratio - points of interest not far way - 2 TSONs (ЦОН), Bank CenterCredit (BCC.KZ), Mega Park shopping mall, coffee, the Green Bazaar market - even the Magnum supermarket is just 5-7 minutes on foot - one can buy almost everything here (though little fresh fruit in the Masanchi / Масанчи one)

Nothing bad really, only a few notes for guests: - ground floor is the reception, up to 4 floors with luggage and without an elevator - may be difficult for you - the reception itself is very small, not really spacious - if you need something (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid) - just ask the reception / the cleaning staff - the staff 100% understands and speaks Russian, English may be a little more difficult (although it's fun to be a translator as I speak Russian, English, and German :) ) - by check-out at 12:00, if you leave the room and want to get back - the entry card (the key) gets blocked automatically - ask staff anyway

Location is good

There’s is no lift. And the staff is also not supportive. We had to climb 4 floors and with a family it’s not that practical. The absence of lift is not mentioned in description while booking. The rooms were booked to 2 days. It was not cleaned the 2nd day. There were no toiletries in the room.
