    Firstly, the landlord was completely unsupportive and unenthusiastic. The building has many blocks, but the landlord gave directions to the wrong block, causing our group to struggle to navigate with a lot of luggage, resulting in unnecessary fatigue and wasted time. Secondly, the process of handing over the building access cards was very inadequate. The staff did not hand over the cards to guests, leading to us having to wait and ask others to open the door every time we wanted to enter the building, which was extremely inconvenient and unsafe.
