This hotel is located very near to arbat Street, panfilov Park with my restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

The basic rooms are on the first floor and they have a view of nothing without side noise coming in. Rooms are pretty snug and breakfast was God awful. Everything was cold. The hotel is brand new which is its redeeming quality but in one year that hotel is going to be very run down. They did hold my luggage for 5 days when I went to Tajikistan I will say that. Make sure you don't get the basic room or you're stuck on the first floor. I hear the rooms on the other floors are much nicer. There aren't enough people working in the front lobby desk it's just one person that speaks English so everybody has to go through him or her I would not book this room after a year because the hotel will be a disaster. Breakfast was the low point of this hotel.

Staff not attentive. Left my luggage in the reception till I went to get it my self. Very small rooms. On the first floor noise till late hours. This i gather dedicated for agoda customers.No gym and dirty pool. Breakfast was packed with guests.

This hotel is only 6 months old so it's not in such bad shape. It's a good deal for *** don't pick the basic room it's horrible. You'll be on the first floor and you can overhear everybody eating on the terrace you have zero view. There's nothing wrong with the hotel cuz it's brand new in a year this hotel will have gone down in quality. But in the meantime it's new so it's okay. They don't have enough staff that speaks English. Breakfast is disgusting. It's like eating at the old intourist 40 years ago
