    Excellent stay! Clean, modern rooms with daily housekeeping, fast Wi-Fi, and perfect air conditioning. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, fruits and pastries. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for returning the gold necklace we accidentally left behind. Honest staff and outstanding service. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Almaty. 👍🏻⭐️

    Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi is fast and the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast offers a great variety of freshly prepared hot dishes, fruits, and pastries every morning. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their honesty in returning the gold necklace we accidentally left in our room. Their integrity is truly appreciated. This was my first visit to Almaty and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 ⭐️

    One of the most important element of any vacation is the stay. If that is not comfortable, the entire trip is down the drain. Resident City hotel should be the first choice for family with kids. We stayed in the president suite and hence I can only comment on this room type. But the staff was very cooperative and accommodating. Location is very accessible.

    The staff of the reception is generally morose and unhelpful. The only positive, cheerful, and helpful one is the manager. During the massage, the therapists were using their phones, even at one point typing while massaging with one hand.
