    We stayed for a week here, no complaints. Very good breakfast spread (tons of options and it kept changing often), helpful staff, convenient location (there's a metro station in walking distance and all major spots are only a short Yandex ride away) There was one unfortunate miscommunication during checkout due to language issues. Once again, I'm sorry for that and please let me know I can do anything from my side.

    We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the main tourist spots. What I loved most was the staff, especially the reception team. Everyone was warm, friendly, and very easy to talk to. They spoke excellent English and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. I would happily stay here again! ❤️

    The staff of the reception is generally morose and unhelpful. The only positive, cheerful, and helpful one is the manager. During the massage, the therapists were using their phones, even at one point typing while massaging with one hand.
