The Mini-hotel on Mukanov St

Room was bigger than I thought, very clean and well equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a spacious wardrobe, a warm welcome for my first night in Kazakhstan. As soon as I notified that I'd be arriving very late at night, the staff told me it was no problem and that someone would be waiting for me, and so they did. The room was a little cold, but the blanket provided was quite thick and the heating system was working well. The bed was comfy and the neightboor is quiet. Although the location is a bit out of the city center, it's easily reached with a short Yandex ride and nearby there are shops, currency exchanges and restaurant.

- Friendly staff who is ready to help and make your stay comfortable - Prompt arrangement: when I asked something, it's always solved quickly - Fridge and microwave in each room

- Toilet paper: I needed to ask the staff to give another roll several times as they only provide one at a time (I stayed there for 3 nights and it's obviously not enough to be given one roll) - Shower: bit lower pressure - No small light: it's better to have small light near a bed
