A villa nagyon jó helyen van, nagyon közel a tóhoz és nagyon könnyen megközelíthető akár tömegközlekedéssel is. A belső terek igényesen felújítottak, mindennel felszereltek és minden kifogástalanul működik. Fantasztikus a tisztaság. A kert gondozott és szép. A kommunikáció gördülékeny és a szállást üzemeltető szolgáltató nagyon segítőkész.
Mi az egész villát kibéreltük, ennek ellenére nem tudtuk használni a földszinti mosdót, így minden alkalommal a 2. emeleten található apartmanokba kellett felmenni. A hátsó teraszt a házon keresztül nem, csak az udvar felől lehet megközelíteni. A felszereltségben szerepelt a hajszárító, de a helyszínen nem volt.
