Homestay Vito by Lake

The perfect location - a very short walk from the lake. A well equipped home - all the cooking facilities & utensils needed, including a bbq, coals & firelighters. The amenities including the dishwasher, washing machine & dryer made the stay easier, with a group of us. The little things had been thought of, like teabags, store cupboard ingredients, dishwasher tablets & washing detergent. A fabulous host - met by Vito who gave us a house tour, recommendations and answered any questions we had. We only stayed 2 nights and could have absolutely stayed longer.

Location was perfect. Vito greeted us very nicely. Facility for cooking own food was good. Room configurations were good.

AC was not working with remote in one of the rooms - so it stayed at 21.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay!

The house is an old building very close to the lake in a very quiet spot. The location is really excellent. Vito himself is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortuntely, the house is old and our room was upstairs. Despite Vito boasting about the 100 years old staircase, the latter didn't appear very practical nor comfortable. The wooden floor of the attic is very thin and old, so very squeeky and noisy. Same for the bed, itself not too comfy. The bathroom was shared and this was not specified on Booking.
