La struttura era molto vicina al centro e alla stazione, con supermercato vicino.
Abbiamo trovato formiche, al nostro arrivo la carta igienica in bagno non era nuova bensì consumata (quasi finita), abbiamo cucinato e abbiamo trovato una padella sporca e anche le spugne per il lavandino erano già state utilizzate in precedenza.

Perfecto para dos personas, recién reformado y limpio. La cocina estaba bien equipada con menaje y electrodomésticos. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Cama cómoda. Bien ubicado cerca del centro, a 10 min de la estación de tren y bus. Supermercado en la misma calle y establecimientos de todo tipo. La anfitriona muy amable.
Nada. El edificio es viejo pero el apartamento por dentro está reformado.

Il monolocale è perfetto per due persone che hanno bisogno di trascorrere qualche giorno a Firenze. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione (7 minuti) e a 13 minuti da Piazza della Signoria. Un supermercato (Conad) a 100 metri, due bar, e osterie nelle vicinanze.
Si sente la mancanza di luce naturale.

Todo. La comunicación con el propietario, el aire acondicionado funciona genial ( fuera había 36 grados) tiene lo necesario para una buena estancia, cerca de la estación del tren y muy cerca del centro histórico. El portal está muy viejito, pero el apartamento está totalmente reformado.
