Lovely place in a fantastic location. Has everything you need provided. Managed to park right outside. Area was quiet on an evening.

There was an aircon unit in the bedroom but no remote control for it which was a shame only because it was 36 degrees when we arrived. Wouldn’t usually need it with British weather to be fair

There was nothing not to like, this host went the extra mile… once I opened the front door it was instantly homely… cushions, throws and decor in the living room was so beautiful and the place smelt amazing! Kitchen was well equipped even had coffee, tea and sugar! Upstairs was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We travelled up from Kent for an appointment nearby so we didn’t get much time to explore the area but there was a lovely little cafe almost on the doorstep for coffee and breakfast! Free WiFi and even some biscuits it was a perfect place to relax after such a long drive x

We met our host on arrival but the keys were in a keysafe on the wall. We loved the location - 100 yards from vibrant Sharrow Vale yet really quiet and peaceful enough to leave the windows open overnight. On-street parking with a permit, and we had no trouble getting a space. There is a lovely little kitchen (with everything you could need), and outside there is a sun trap courtyard perfect for an outside drink. Central heating in all rooms means that this place gets really cosy on cold evenings, and the TV has streaming from all of the channels means you can even stay in and have a great time. There is a double and single bedroom, and the double has a very firm mattress. The host India has furnished this place in a really peaceful way and we loved it!
Be aware there are some steep steps up to the bedrooms and the only wardrobe is in the single room so be prepared to share if both rooms are used!
