Make the best vacation memories at this beautiful bungalow in Canyon Sands, a quiet 36-acre community with immaculate landscaping, seven heated pools, and tennis courts for some friendly competition. Escaping the heat will be a breeze with a shared pool just 100 feet beyond the back gate of your private patio! Everyone will be able to spread out with ease, as 1,200 square feet await indoors plus the 400 square foot patio/garden area with lush landscaping will be perfect for an evening cocktail by the firepit. The kitchen has been tastefully designed with marble and stainless, and a wonderful window looking out onto the patio. Not to mention, there's a gas grill for any outdoor cooking needs. Entertainment abounds with three flatscreen TVs and a home stereo system professionally installed in the living room to set the mood!

With such a central location, this getaway sits just five miles from downtown Palm Springs and about 20 minutes from El Paseo in Palm Desert, with quick access to all the shopping and dining located along 111. You will be within walking distance to the Backstreet Art District and First Wednesday art walks. Seven Lakes Country Club is also walking distance, with a manicured 18-hole course, available for usage to members of other golf clubs or who have USGA membership. The community is located at the intersection of E Palm Canyon and Gene Autry in South Palm Springs with beautiful mountain views all around.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The condo was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc.The private patio was beautiful and the fire table was a great touch.The location was perfect for us, close to golf and bike paths and we made full use of the pools and tennis courts.

Canyons Sands is a beautiful development in a great location. The pools and pickleball/tennis courts are great. This unit was cute and comfortable. The kitchen could use some updated equipment and there are no towel racks in either bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom doors are louvered and the sound carries so even though this is a 2 bedroom unit, it would be rough if you had 2 couples staying there. All in all our stay was wonderful once we adjusted to the minor inconveniences.
