Grady is a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was super quick to repair a minor sink issue. He accommodated our requests for different check-in time and when we had to change it again at the last minute, he was gracious. The condo was just what we needed: quiet, great location, ground floor, a full kitchen.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts communicated well and were gracious in meeting us at the property upon our arrival. The condo was comfortable, meticulously clean and located in a great location. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. My daughter especially loved the pool and hot tub which she used relax in after a long day of ball kidding at Indian Wells!

Came to escape the weather back home. Enjoyed great excursions, the best restaurants, and shopping. Location of this resort is centrally located to everything. There are 4 pools at this resort, nice walking paths. Met lots of friendly people, overlooked a golf course and enjoyed watching the planes land at the airport. A really great vacation.

This place could not have been more perfect for our trip. We. We were 10 minutes away from everywhere we had to go. The property manager was responsive - met us at the place to let us in and go over everything and had everything in a check-in booklet. Any follow up questions were answered by text almost immediately. The place was clean and quiet. The layout and furnishings were perfect so for a small place, it felt spacious for three people. This is a keeper for future trips to the Desert.

After staying for a week in our unit at Palm Desert Villas, we would like to say the following: 1) Our host met us as planned and check in went smoothly. 2) Although the online photos online were accurate, we found the overall feel of the place to be misrepresented. We thought we were going to be on a golf course (not across the street from, which is the case) with a pool and hot tub at our doorstep. Not the case! One needs to walk outside the unit, walk around the building, through a locked gate, carrying chairs, to take advantage of the pool. As a result, we did not use the pool at all…disappointing! 3) The windows in this unit are filthy. 4) The carpets and bathroom rugs are dirty and worn out. 5) The secondary bathroom shower needs repair as do the cabinet hinges in the kitchen. 6) We appreciated that the kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes. 7) The location is convenient to Palm Springs and surrounding neighborhoods.

Two golf friends came to the desert to take a break from NW rain for a week playing in the sun. The condo was in a great location, with several courses within a 15 minute drive. We also enjoyed downtown Palm Springs - restaurants, shops, etc. Although the condo is very close to the airport, we never heard any airport noise. Grady met us at the unit and showed us around, which was great. He even spent time making sure we could operate the TV. We were very happy with the condo and the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a grocery store across the street within walking distance. Trader Joe’s is just a few blocks away along with a Target. We had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so it’s easy to settle in & have good meals. The pool was amazing & it was nice and quiet. We loved being only 10 minutes away from the airport & downtown Palm Springs too. If you like to hike there’s a great trail across the street. We would definitely stay again if we return to Palm Springs.

I have to start this review with how well we were treated by the owner. Our flight to Palm Springs was cancelled at the last minute. We managed to find another flight a few days later, but our 1 week trip was shortened to only 3 nights. We had not taken out the cancellation insurance for the condo, but the owner certainly took some of the sting out of the situation, when they reimbursed us for 2 nights. I don’t think many owners would do this. Thank you, thank you! The condo is located about a 15 minute drive from the airport, within walking distance to convenience stores and a few restaurants. The 4th hole of the Tahquitz Creek golf course is right across the street. I enjoyed watching the golfers tee-off, but was a little sad because we had planned to play golf here, but did not have the time. We also loved the hummingbirds that hung out with us on the patio. I had such amazing sleeps while staying here! The king size bed was soooo comfy, as were the sheets and pillows! I often bring my own pillow because I rarely find a pillow I like. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig (with coffee). We didn’t have time for TV, but there are 3 large screen TV’s! Great communication with Grady as we planned and prepared for our trip, as well as during our time there. Thank you Grady! See you next time!

This condo sits just across the street from an extensive golf course and is walking distance to Von’s for groceries. The unit is roomy and quiet with comfortable bedding and everything you might need for cooking. Grady was so gracious and friendly, it felt like we were visiting family. If you have time, the pool area is secure and very pretty. This rental is a wonderful value.
