Grady is a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was super quick to repair a minor sink issue. He accommodated our requests for different check-in time and when we had to change it again at the last minute, he was gracious. The condo was just what we needed: quiet, great location, ground floor, a full kitchen.

After staying for a week in our unit at Palm Desert Villas, we would like to say the following:
1) Our host met us as planned and check in went smoothly.
2) Although the online photos online were accurate, we found the overall feel of the place to be misrepresented. We thought we were going to be on a golf course (not across the street from, which is the case) with a pool and hot tub at our doorstep. Not the case! One needs to walk outside the unit, walk around the building, through a locked gate, carrying chairs, to take advantage of the pool. As a result, we did not use the pool at all…disappointing!
3) The windows in this unit are filthy.
4) The carpets and bathroom rugs are dirty and worn out.
5) The secondary bathroom shower needs repair as do the cabinet hinges in the kitchen.
6) We appreciated that the kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes.
7) The location is convenient to Palm Springs and surrounding neighborhoods.
