About this house rental
28 night minimum. Please inquire about possible longer stays. Zen modern-style 2+ bedroom (the plus is separate tv/media room) / 2 bathroom 1700 sq ft single family home located in the Taquitz Creek Golf Club area of Palm Springs – (known as a “wind free” zone and a great walking neighborhood with all utilities underground...NO WIRES!). Round pebble-tech salt water pool and elevated built-in waterfall spa and outdoor shower on 1/4-acre completely walled and private lot. Three sets of sliders open to a large sunning patio with lounge chairs and Designs Within Reach outdoor dining set. A king bed (in the huge master suite) and queen bed in the second bedroom with adjacent bath are located on either end of the house for privacy.

Amenities include: level in and out open floorplan, complete remodel, mountain views, high-end modern furniture, original artwork, stainless steel kitchen, 55” Samsung smart TV, Apple TV, Sonos sound system, wireless internet, home phone with US and Canada calling plan, ceramic mosaic tiled bathrooms, terrazzo-style countertops, extensive landscaping (including lawn and citrus trees), indoor and outdoor gas fireplace and fire pit, outdoor shower, NG Weber grill, two car garage, walk to miles and miles of hiking trails (and Trader Joes!), 2 bicycles.
* UTILITIES: Guest is responsible for gas and electric. A utility deposit of $1000 will be collected along with the $500 security deposit. Gas and electric meters are read at arrival and departure. Unused utility deposit is returned to guest along with security deposit (provided no damage...we've never had to keep a dime as normal wear and tear is to expected).
For golf enthusiasts...: Moments away from many fabulous golf courses including Tahquitz Creek Golf, Indian Canyons Golf (with the drop-dead gorgeous south course!), Canyon Estates Golf, and Mesquite Country Club. 10 minutes away in Cathedral City are Cimmaron Golf Club and Cathedral Canyon Country Club. Within 30 mintes are country clubs in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.

Just had a wonderful 12 days at this property. Peter was super responsive to any request- just a joy to communicate with. The house and yard are very private and quiet - only a block off the #111 and could not hear a thing. A short Uber to town. Loved the pool and spa - didn’t even need to heat the pool! The fire pit was perfect for star gazing at night. Highly recommend this property - 10 stars!

One of our top VRBO rentals. Description of the property is accurate. Cleanliness, spaciousness, and ease of getting into the property was a huge plus. Pool is perfect for a couple and includes floats and comfy lounge chairs. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Coachella Valley was perfect. We enjoyed Lulu’s restaurant downtown for many meals, and the Vons supermarket is just across the way. Very convenient to everything Palm Springs. Peter was also a pleasure to chat with. Thank you for a great stay!!!
