Beautiful, light filled three bedroom, two bath condo in South Palm Springs. Recently remodeled, this unit features cathedral wood-beamed ceilings, gas fireplace, two private patios and unique direct pool access.
The spacious primary suite features a Cal King bed, and has direct access to the front patio and pool area via new sliders. The en-suite, spa bathroom features a large rain shower, double vanity and modern fixtures with luxurious linens.
The first guest room features a gorgeous velvet tufted Queen bed and is just steps from the guest bath. The third bedroom sits behind double doors just off the main living area and features a twin trundle bed and working desk. All bedrooms come with blackout shades and plenty of closet space. The guest bath has a walk in shower and modern fixtures.
The kitchen was recently updated and features all new stainless steel appliances and a wine frig with storage up to 20 bottles. The back patio, just off the kitchen and dining area, has a new gas BBQ and bistro set. With no shared walls, an attached two car garage with side-by-side laundry, this condo feels like a cozy single-family home.
The Canyon Sands community boasts 7 pools and spas (recently re-coated), 2 saunas, 5 championship tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts (many courts lit for night play). We are also located next door to the internationally known "Parker" hotel, a fabulous spot for brunch or drinks with friends. Also within walking distance you'll find a grocery store, pharmacy, nail salon, medical and veterinary services, as well as postal services. Downtown Palm Springs and all of our amazing hiking trails are just a quick drive away.

We have stayed at different places in the Palm Springs area for the last 22 years. We think this rates as one of the best. It was clean, and even as a condo, felt spacious. We appreciated being able to walk to Von's for groceries. My husband liked the morning sun on the small deck off the dining room, and sun later in the day on the deck off the living room. The beds were comfortable and sheets soft. There is an abundance of pillows in this place!

We spent a month here and loved every minute. The place is well appointed and nicely decorated, making us feel so welcome. Comfy beds, luxurious towels and robes, and high-end cozy furniture. Check-in was a breeze and communications with the host was perfect. The community is awesome - beautiful grounds, wonderful pools, and tennis/pickleball courts. Great selection of grocery stores nearby by and a short drive to downtown. The Parker Hotel right next door is a great place to go for drinks and/or a meal. The lobby is gorgeous!
