Located in the newest section of Desert Princess, this villa is 1,900 square feet, is freestanding, single story and features an open concept floor plan with a great room, formal dining, center island kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line KichenAid appliances. In addition, there are two ultra high definition flat screen TVs, a fireplace, high speed internet, premium cable package, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, laundry room, and a 2-car garage. The villa has it’s own backyard with a covered patio, a barbecue, outdoor dining, and your own inground spa. The backyard is has a perimeter fence for those guests with a dog. The home sits on a 16-acre walking trail offering spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed home. This was to be the first part of a Birthday getaway and what a lovely place to get away to! Located in a quiet neighborhood on a green belt with dramatic views of the mountains this was a perfect retreat. Although a little outside of town it is close to restaurants and grocery stores and only takes 5 minutes to get into central Palm Springs and Cathedral City. We would definitely stay here again!

Kriste's home is well stocked with everthing you will need or want. Her home is very clean, comfortable and you will not be disappointed because her pictures are realistic !!
Kriste is very attentive to details & care of her home. She makes certain your stay at her home will not disappoint. I highly recommend staying at her home!!

We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautiful and clean. Kristi was really responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
