Our 1st floor, corner unit offers plenty of natural sunlight coming from the many windows throughout. Relax, recharge, and enjoy everything this charming space has to offer, whether you're here to explore or unwind. Wake up to mountain views and lush green landscaping, then spend your day lounging by the pool or soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars. This bright and cozy 1st-floor unit offers comfort with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. This master bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Family friendly! Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV in Living Room & Master Bedroom and Free WiFi **speed 500 mbps** Great for Remote work. Enclosed patio for children. Location has beautiful, maintained grounds, very close to hiking trails, golfing, entertainment, shopping and 10 minutes to downtown. So much to enjoy in this community and a short distance from many activities. This unit offers a large patio w/bbq and free in-unit laundry, basic laundry & cleaning supplies included. The grounds feature 4 heated saltwater pools, 4 jacuzzies, and 4 maintained tennis courts, beautiful palm trees, fruit trees and manicured grass surroundings. We have 2 Pool lounge chairs in our unit to take and use at the pool. Note: The key for the pool/Tennis court area is the only one supplied to us by the HOA. If the key is lost there is a $200.00 replacement fee. Tennis courts: Availability of courts are first comes, first serve. Walking Paths· Public Golf Course across the street· Nearby Hiking trails· Target, Vons and Trader Joe's close by. One free Assigned Parking Space. **New - as of 10/27/2020: We have installed one Ring Doorbell Security Peep hole on the Front door only. Palm Canyon Villas is located in South Palm Springs. It is just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs with its quaint shops and world class restaurants. There is a hiking trail across the street (google: goat trail). There's also a Boomers for family fun that features miniature golf, and attractions for the children. There's a Von's supermarket across the street. Target, and Trader Joes nearby walking distance. There's also an abundance of food choices nearby. There is FREE public transportation 1/2 block away that goes into downtown. The bus service is called the BUZZ. Uber and Lyft are available also.

Host was Welcoming. Accomodation perfect. Check out is a bit too early as most people want to spend their last day at leisure. But I will be back annually.

The condo was ideal for our needs. It was attractive and well-maintained. Kitchen was very well- equipped with appliances, tableware, and everything needed for cooking. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Beds were very comfortable. Master bath is good-sized. It is close to several food markets and a fitness center. Downtown Palm Springs was a short drive. It has free parking, many very good restaurants, numerous shops, and a great art museum.We’ve stayed at many VRBOs. Melinda was the best communicator of them all. There was a significant plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms. She was tenacious in getting plumbers in to fix the problem as soon as possible.
