It was a great place to stay for a long time as it is very well stocked with kitchenwear, bedding, and linens. it was great being right next to pickleball/tennis and a heated pool and hot tub. Also, it is within walking distance to Trader joes and Tahquitz Creek Golf Course which is very convenient

This beautifully renovated condo is well appointed with pool and mountain views. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Brian is an excellent host and goes above and beyond. We hope to return soon!

Great property & location. Condo includes lots of items needed, including in the kitchen. Easy 10-12 min walk to grocery & general stores, a few restaurants, etc. Complex has nice amenities with pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, etc. Golf course can also be walked to if needed. We found taking a Lyft/Uber worked for a month, without having to rent a car. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is is in a great location and has very good on site amenities. We booked this property 9 months before our stay and being from Canada we were uncertain if we would be able to travel. Brian and Angelica were very understanding and accommodating about our tentiative arrival . There was also a mix up with their cleaning staff but they responded very quickly and took care of our concerns when we arrived. They also agreed to have a sun shade installed on the deck as it has a southern exposure. This allowed us to spend a great deal more time on the deck. We had a very enjoyable stay. Pandemic getaway

Pandemic getaway

We stayed here for a month so we could see our daughter (at a social distance), hike in the desert, and work remotely. The owner upgraded the WiFi to meet our work needs and was very responsive in answering our questions. The condo is a block away from amazing hiking trails, while the on-site pool and tennis courts are a plus.

Brian and Angelica's apartment is in a quiet complex right off East Palm Canyon between downtown Palm Springs and Cat City. It was spotless when I arrived - check in was easy, but Angelica happened to be nearby and showed me around the complex. The well-appointed kitchen and very comfy bed we're greatly appreciated! The kitchen and patio overlook the swimming pool, but the courtyard area was generally very quiet. The grill on the patio was a huge plus.

My partner and I had a great stay at Angelica's home in Palm Springs! The home was comfortable, and the condo complex had some wonderful amenities for us to participate in - i.e lounging by the pool. In particular - the extra space with the desk and daybed was great as we were both working from home. The laundry machine is located on the balcony!

I enjoyed staying at the property. Unit is newly upgraded/renovated, cool furnitures and clean working appliances, well stocked. No problem with TV and wifi. So happy to have washer and dryer in unit. Quiet neighborhood. Brian is a nice guy. No problems communicating with owners. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Great place to ride bikes in the quiet neighborhoods near by. Boomers for putt putt and other fun activities were within walking distance, as well as shopping and restaurants all close by. Owners were very easy to deal with. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and atmosphere of this condo complex and plan to be back for another great stay in the future!

Wonderful accommodations at this newly renovated condo. Very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to any needs.
